Cookies: how to enable them and what changes

Cookies are enabled in your browser settings in under a minute: open the "Privacy" section, allow site data — and your cart, account sign-in, and checkout will work without issues. Below are answers to the questions we are asked most often.

What happens if cookies are disabled

The site stays readable, but personal features switch off: your cart clears on every page change, you have to sign in again and again, and language and currency settings are not saved. According to usability research, up to 40% of abandoned carts are caused by technical session failures rather than by price.

What types of cookies the site uses

We use only two types: essential (session, security, cart) and analytics (anonymized visit statistics). Third-party advertising trackers are not used. Analytics records are kept for a limited time, and essential cookies are deleted when your session ends.

Step by step for popular browsers

In Chrome: "Settings → Privacy and security → Cookies" — choose "Allow all" or add our site to the exceptions. In Safari: "Settings → Privacy" — turn off cross-site tracking prevention for working sessions. In Firefox: "Settings → Privacy" — the "Standard" mode already allows the required types. After changing the settings, reload the page so the session is recreated correctly.

Incognito mode deletes cookies when the window closes: you can place an order, but saved carts and history will not be available on your next visit.

You can change your consent settings at any time — the consent banner is available via the link in the site footer, and changes apply immediately, without re-login or clearing your browser history.
