Return & Refund Policy
This policy explains when and how AWDS refunds payments. We sell custom project work, paid by stage at a fixed price, and ready-made digital products and subscriptions — there is nothing to ship back.
In one line: if a paid stage isn't delivered as agreed in the approved brief, or a ready-made product doesn't work for you within 90 days, you get your money back.
90-Day Window for Products
Ready-made digital products and subscriptions can be refunded in full within 90 days of purchase — just tell us it didn't work for you.
Stage-Based Refunds for Projects
Custom projects are paid by stage. A stage that doesn't match the approved brief after the included revision rounds is refunded; stages not yet started are refunded in full if you stop the project.
How to Request a Refund

You'll hear back within 2 hours — we confirm the request and ask for details if needed.
We Review
We compare the result with the approved brief or the product description. For a project stage we first offer a fix within the revision rounds — the refund stays your choice.
Get Your Refund
Once approved, the refund goes to your original payment method.
Refund Timeline
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation with the transaction reference when the refund is processed.

Fix Instead of Refund
Prefer to keep working with us? Every stage includes 2 revision rounds at no extra cost, and after launch our 12-month warranty covers any defect.
Duplicate or Erroneous Payments
Charged twice or by mistake? Write to ok@awds.io — we refund the extra charge in full, whatever the reason.
Refunds in Your Currency
We refund the same amount in the currency you paid in. Exchange-rate differences and fees charged by your bank or card issuer are outside our control.
