Terms and conditions

To receive a partner commission, the following conditions must be met:

1. You are a partner and have a partner account on the website awds.io/partners (“AWDS Partner”).
2. The AWDS partner recommends that an individual or legal entity (“Recommended Store”) register in the AWDS system through the AWDS partner panel (“Referral”).
3. The Recommended Store signs up for a monthly subscription to one of the available plans: AWDS Lite, Basic AWDS, AWDS, Advanced AWDS or AWDS Plus through AWDS Referral Partner.
4. The Recommended Store pays monthly subscription fees in accordance with the AWDS plan it has chosen.

If these conditions are met, the partner will receive the following commissions (collectively the “Referral Commissions”):

• A partner will receive 20% of the Featured Store's monthly subscription fees for using Basic AWDS, AWDS or Advanced AWDS, or 20% of the monthly base platform fee for all new transactions.
• AWDS Starter and AWDS Lite plans are not subject to Referral Fees.

Commissions are accrued monthly as long as the Featured Store remains a paying AWDS customer and the AWDS Affiliate remains an active AWDS Affiliate by completing one of the following activities at least once within 12 months:

• Recommendation of a store through a test store linked to our partner panel (taken into account when the store pays the first monthly subscription payment).
• Recommendation of a new store to become a paying subscriber or an existing store to upgrade to AWDS Plus.

AWDS will pay Referral Fees twice a month (each such period, a “Payment Period”). The first Payment Period occurs in the first half of the month, and the second Payment Period occurs in the second half of the month. The Referral Commission will be paid in the first or second Payment Period depending on the date on which it was calculated by AWDS. If the Referral Commission to be paid to the AWDS Affiliate exceeds $25 at the end of any Payment Period, it will be paid to the AWDS Affiliate. If the Referral Commission payable to AWDS Affiliate is less than $25 at the end of any Payment Period, AWDS will have the right to withhold payment of your referral payout until the end of the next Payment Period during which the balance of the unpaid Referral Commission due to AWDS Affiliate from any previous Payment Period, and your referral payout due to the partner for the current Payment Period is $25 or more.

AWDS Referral Commissions are always paid in US dollars, however new payment methods may allow you to receive Referral Commissions in other currencies, including your home currency in some cases. Our partner is responsible for paying all currency conversion fees.
