We compare the result with the approved brief or the product description. For a custom stage we first offer to fix it within the included revision rounds at no extra cost — if that doesn't work for you, the stage is refunded.

What is not covered
- Stages you have already accepted — after acceptance, defects are fixed free of charge under our 12-month warranty instead of a refund.
- Scope added verbally outside the agreement — which is why the scope of every stage is fixed in writing before we start.
- Third-party fees paid on your behalf (domains, paid licenses, advertising budgets) — they are refunded only if the provider returns them.

Refund timelines
