The Client

A manufacturer that outpaced the market

Lanvica is a manufacturing company that produces lenticular products: 3D posters, lenticular photographs, and calendars with depth and animation effects. Products are sold both to retail customers (B2C) and through a nationwide network of dealer partners (B2B).

Goal: scale the business without proportionally growing the team. One person should manage what previously took five.

Analogy: Imagine a company with a retail store, a wholesale network of dozens of partners, a supplier warehouse, and a sales department — all working in separate Excel spreadsheets. Our task was to unify everything into one system.

The Challenge

Four pain points holding back growth

The business was growing, but infrastructure couldn’t keep up. Every new partner, every new product, every order added more manual work.

Orders got lost between spreadsheets

Manual order tracking in Excel. No unified view: what is paid, what is in progress, what is shipped. Partners call asking"where is my order?" and the manager spends 20 minutes finding the answer.

Content took 2 weeks instead of 2 days

Product descriptions, blog articles, SEO copy — everything was created manually. A catalog of 200 items took weeks. And the market doesn’t wait: competitors publish new products faster.

Customers were leaving the site

Slow loading, poor mobile experience, no Apple Pay. A customer finds a product in search, opens the page, waits 5 seconds — and leaves for a competitor whose site loads instantly.

Impossible to scale

Onboarding a new partner — weeks of negotiations and setup. Adding a new product — hours of data entry. Entering a new market — practically impossible without doubling the team.

Our Approach

Not a store. A business operating system.

We didn’t build"just an online store." We designed a business operating system where every process — from order to delivery, from partner matching to content generation — runs automatically.

Analogy: Think of it as iOS for business. Just as iPhone combines phone, camera, email, and banking in one device — Lanvica combines sales, partners, content, and analytics in one platform. Each module works independently, but together they create a system greater than the sum of its parts.

The Store

A store that sells. Not just displays.

A customer sees a 3D poster, picks a size and frame, adds it to the cart. Within 30 seconds, they’ve paid — Apple Pay, one tap. This isn’t a template online store. It’s a system designed so that every step leads to a purchase.

Lanvica product catalog — desktop version with filters and product cards
Lanvica product page on mobile — easy navigation and fast checkout

4 product types

Simple, variant, combo, and digital products — all in one catalog

Smart cart

Remembers items even without registration. Come back a week later — cart is still there

One-click checkout

Apple Pay, Google Pay, bank cards, SBP — customers pay however they prefer

Works everywhere

From a 320px phone to a 4K monitor — perfect display on any device

How it works: Imagine a car configurator — the customer picks a model, color, and trim, and the price recalculates automatically. Except instead of a BMW, it’s 3D posters with dozens of combinations of sizes, formats, and frames. Each combination is a separate SKU with its own price, availability, and production time.

Partner Network

Partners that compete for your orders

What if dealer partners competed for the right to fulfill your order? You don’t search for a contractor — they compete for you.

Tender System

Like a government procurement tender, but smarter. You publish an order — partners submit bids with price and timeline. The system automatically selects the best match based on price, rating, and speed.

Fully automated. No need to call contractors and compare offers manually.

Rating like Uber

Every completed order affects the partner’s rating. 5 criteria, 100 points maximum. New partners start with a neutral score and earn their reputation through performance, not promises.

Top partners automatically get more orders. Weak ones — fewer.

White-label tracking

Customer ordered on your site? They see your tracking number, your brand, your status. That the order is fulfilled by a partner in another city — the customer never knows.

Your brand comes first. Always.

Under the Hood

Rating formula: response speed (20%) + fulfillment rate (30%) + on-time delivery (20%) + price competitiveness (15%) + dispute minimum (15%). Notifications: email + Telegram + direct system updates simultaneously. Partners get push notifications the moment a tender is published.

Payments

Money arrives. From any country.

A customer from Moscow pays via SBP. From Berlin — Klarna in installments. From New York — Apple Pay. One"Pay" button — the platform automatically determines which method to offer.

Lanvica checkout page — convenient checkout with multiple payment methods

Analogy: Like a multi-currency exchange at the airport — but without fees or queues. The system accepts payment in any currency and by any method, and you receive the funds in your account.

Stripe + YooKassa — accept payments from anywhere in the world

Fraud-protection — Built-in fraud detection blocks suspicious payments automatically

Subscriptions — for repeat customers with regular deliveries

Our system processes payment notifications with built-in duplicate prevention, ensuring no payment is ever processed twice or lost. This holds true even if the payment system’s server sends a duplicate notification.

AI & Automation

Content that writes itself

100 product descriptions in 10 minutes instead of 2 weeks with a copywriter. AI chat answers customers 24/7 — no weekends, no breaks, no mistakes.

Analogy: Imagine having a copywriter on staff who works at machine speed and knows every product in the catalog by heart. They write descriptions, plan the content calendar, and answer customer questions — all at once. And they never need a vacation.

AI product descriptions

Upload product specs — get ready-to-publish sales copy in seconds. Optimized for SEO, target audience, and brand voice. 200 products in one working day instead of two weeks.

On-site chat assistant

Answers customer questions in real time — with streaming responses like a live assistant. Knows the entire catalog, return policy, and shipping terms. Works 24/7.

Content planner

AI analyzes your niche, seasonal trends, and audience queries — and suggests blog topics for a month ahead. Complete with headlines, keywords, and a brief outline for each article.

Competitor Intelligence

Know your competitors better than they know themselves

In business, the winner is whoever sees the market more clearly. Competitor monitoring isn’t espionage — it’s business intelligence.

A competitor dropped prices? You’ll know before your customers do. Automatic monitoring of prices, contacts, and changes — while you sleep.

Analogy: Like satellite intelligence for business. The system automatically scans competitor websites, records price changes, and alerts you. And the best competitors? They become your partners — through the built-in CRM with a lead funnel.

Price monitoring

Automatic scanning of competitor websites. The system records every price change and notifies you instantly. You always know what’s happening in the market.

CRM with lead funnel

Found an interesting competitor? Add them to the funnel. The system helps turn competitors into partners — with negotiation stage tracking and automated reminders.

Change history

Competitor page snapshots — see what changed and when. Complete chronology: prices, inventory, promotions. Make decisions based on data, not gut feeling.

Supplier Management

Your Entire Supply Chain — In One Place

Dozens of suppliers for plastic, ink, lamination — each with different prices, lead times, and terms. Previously all this information lived in managers' heads. Now it's in a system that automatically finds new suppliers and tracks prices.

Supplier Database

All suppliers organized by category: plastic, ink, lamination, equipment. With prices, contacts, and order history. Search in seconds instead of making calls.

Auto-Discovery

The system automatically searches for new suppliers in the background. You get a list of candidates with prices — just pick the best one.

Circuit Breaker

If a supplier's API doesn't respond — the system doesn't break. Our system is designed to maintain continuous operation. It automatically uses available information and attempts to re-establish connections, ensuring your services remain uninterrupted.

Notifications

Partners Learn About Orders in 2 Seconds

Email, Telegram, direct system updates — simultaneously. The system sends notifications across all channels and logs every message. If a channel doesn't respond — automatic retry with exponential backoff.

Email + Telegram

Partners get notified wherever it's convenient. An HTML email with order details and a Telegram message with action buttons — simultaneously.

Secure system-to-system communication

For technical partners — secure system-to-system communication that guarantees data integrity and authenticity. Integrates with any system: ERP, CRM, custom dashboard.

Audit Log

Complete history: who sent what, to whom, and when. If a partner says"I didn't receive it" — you show them the log with the exact delivery time.

Theme Builder

Design Without Developers

Want to change button colors? Heading fonts? Header style? No need to call a developer. Open the theme builder and change everything in 5 minutes.

Analogy: Like a theme on iPhone — you change the look, but everything keeps working. Only here there’s more: 20+ colors, 6 header variants, 3 checkout styles. And you can roll back in one click.

20+ color variables — full control over the site’s color palette

6 header variants — from minimalist to expanded with mega-menu

Instant rollback — don’t like it? Revert to the previous version in one click

Content

Built-in Media Center

Content marketing is a marathon, not a sprint. The built-in blog platform lets you publish articles on schedule, build article series, and track which topics drive the most traffic.

Blog with SEO optimization for every post, article series, comment moderation, RSS feed. No separate needed — everything is inside one system.

Every article automatically gets proper meta tags, Open Graph markup for social media, and structured data for Google. You publish the text — the platform handles the rest.

Google finds you — not the other way around

93% of online experiences start with a search engine. If your product isn’t on the first page of Google — it doesn’t exist for the buyer.

Every product automatically gets structured data for search engines. Every page — a canonical URL. Every URL — human-readable. SEO isn’t an add-on, it’s the foundation of the architecture.

5 months from initial consultation to production-ready platform with 30+ business modules. The key was modular architecture — each module was built, tested, and deployed independently, keeping quality high without slowing delivery.
Yes. The architecture is modular — each of 30+ modules can be enabled or disabled independently. The partner network works for any B2B model, the payment system supports global and local methods, and the design is fully customizable to your brand.
The platform passes OWASP 2025 security audit (all 10 categories), meets WCAG 2.2 Level AA accessibility standards, and scores 95+ on Google PageSpeed. Every API endpoint is validated, with fraud detection and rate limiting built in.
Orders can be assigned to a partner directly or opened for competitive bidding. Partners submit bids with price and timeline. The system automatically selects the winner based on price and performance rating (5 metrics, 100-point scale). Customers see only branded white-label tracking.
International cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, Affirm, bank transfers, Russian cards, SBP, and e-wallets. The platform supports subscriptions, automated refunds, and built-in fraud protection. All payment events are processed reliably with webhook deduplication.
Cost depends on the module set you need. Basic e-commerce starts at $15,000. With partner network and AI features — from $25,000. A full platform like Lanvica (30+ modules) — from $40,000. We provide exact estimates after a free 30-minute consultation.

Order management used to occupy five people; now one operator oversees the automated flow. The partner tender module quietly became my favorite part — bids arrive, the system scores them, and assignment happens with no phone calls involved. I spend my week on exceptions, not routine.

As CTO I mostly cared about what happens under the hood, and the architecture held up to scrutiny: modular structure, a documented API layer, automated tests that actually run in the pipeline. The AI content module writes catalog copy from product attributes, and updating hundreds of SKUs stopped being a project in itself. We integrated our warehouse tooling against their endpoints in days, not weeks. A year on, the platform absorbs our feature requests without the usual fear of touching legacy code.

International customers finally pay the way they prefer — cards, wallets, local methods — through one checkout, and failed payments stopped being a weekly support topic. Fraud protection does its job in the background without drama. One star withheld: the tender interface took our managers longer to learn than promised, and we needed extra training sessions. After that, smooth.

I manage projects at an agency myself, so I know what thirty-plus modules in five months usually costs in quality. Here the corners were not cut — accessibility passed on the first audit, and performance scores stayed green after launch, not just on demo day.
