How Delivery Works for Digital Projects
Our shipping policy is simple: everything we produce is delivered electronically, so there are no couriers, customs, or waiting for packages. You receive access credentials, source files, and documentation directly — usually the same day the work is accepted.
What exactly you receive
Depending on the product, delivery includes: access to the live environment, an archive of source files, admin credentials sent through a secure channel, and a handover document describing what was built and how to maintain it. For subscription services, access is provisioned within one business day of payment confirmation.
If something does not arrive
Email us and we will re-send access within hours. Every delivery is logged, so restoring a lost archive or resetting credentials is quick and free. For urgent cases, use the contact form — requests are answered within 2 hours.
Delivery timelines by product type
Ready-made digital products ship within one business day of payment. Custom development is delivered by milestones: each stage is handed over separately, so you can review work in progress instead of waiting for a single final drop. Subscription access renews automatically and stays active until the end of the paid period regardless of cancellation date.
All timelines are stated in business days in your order confirmation. If a milestone risks slipping, we notify you before the deadline — not after — with a revised date and the reason.
