ASKO STROY Group
A full-cycle construction company needed a digital platform that would close the gap between the architect, the designer and the client. The solution: an interactive hyperportal with 4 spaces and a gamification mode.

A construction business in digital form
ASKO STROY Group is a full-cycle construction company: from engineering and design to turnkey handover. The company came to us to build a digital platform that brings every stage of the construction process into one space — from choosing materials to tracking the progress of the work.
The main challenge was that the construction sector is traditionally conservative about its digital presence. Most competitor websites are static catalogs with PDF price lists and a contact form. ASKO STROY wanted a fundamentally different approach: an interactive platform where visitors can “touch” the result before they ever call a manager.
We developed the concept of a hyperportal — a web platform with four interactive spaces, each solving a specific business task: from visualizing materials to automatically calculating the project cost.
Construction businesses lose clients to misunderstanding
The main problem for construction companies is the gap between what the client pictures in their head and what the architect understands. That gap costs months of rework and hundreds of thousands of rubles.
The client can’t picture it
Catalogs, PDF brochures and showrooms don’t give a full picture of the final result. The client agrees to one thing and gets another. The outcome: complaints, rework and lost time.
Advertising doesn’t convert
Yandex.Direct and SEO delivered low conversion for the interior business. Visitors came, browsed the catalog and left without submitting a request. Standard product cards failed to convey the value.
A long sales cycle
From first contact to a signed contract — months of approvals. Every round of “show me another option” dragged the process out and ate into the margin.
30+ sections in a single space
The hyperportal brings together a materials catalog, configurators, calculators and a construction timeline. Visitors get complete information without a single call to a manager.
Four interactive spaces
Each space solves a specific business task and replaces a stage that used to require an in-person meeting, measurements and lengthy approvals.
Stretch ceiling configurator
An interactive space where the client picks the color, texture and pattern of a stretch ceiling in real time. The system lets them choose a matte, glossy or satin finish, set up the lighting and see how the ceiling will look in a room of specific dimensions.
The result: the client makes a decision in minutes, not weeks. Visualization reduces the number of returns and complaints along the lines of “that’s not what I had in mind.” The manager arrives at the meeting with a ready option the client has already approved online.
Smart home control
A gamified interface where visitors control “smart home” elements in a virtual room: switching the lights on and off, adjusting the air conditioner, operating the curtains and choosing lighting scenes.
The goal of this space is to let people “try out” the technology before buying. Visitors see exactly how automation works in a real apartment and make an informed decision about signing up for the service. The game format increases engagement and time on site.
Cost calculator
An automatic calculation tool that produces a specific project cost in 2 minutes. The visitor enters the room parameters and chooses materials and fittings — the system generates a preliminary estimate without a call to a manager.
The calculator solves a key pain point: the client doesn’t have to wait several days for a quote. They immediately see the price range and understand whether the project fits their budget. This cuts the number of irrelevant leads many times over — only prepared clients reach the sales team.
Construction timeline
An interactive timeline that visualizes every stage of the construction process: from purchasing materials to final acceptance. The client sees what stage their project is at, what work is planned and how much time is left until handover.
The timeline removes the client’s main source of anxiety — the unknown. Instead of calling the site foreman to ask “so how’s it going?”, the client opens the portal and sees the status in real time. This builds trust and reduces the load on the support team.

Data instead of opinions
We set aside subjective judgment and built every interface element on analytics data, split tests and user behavior research.
Human Factoring
Research into how real users behave shaped the navigation structure, the placement of elements and the content priorities. Every block was tested with a group of users.
A/B testing
Every key interface element went through split testing. Final decisions on button colors, form placement and navigation structure are based on data, not personal taste.
Gamification
The interactive spaces turn choosing building materials into an engaging experience. The “game” format keeps visitors on the site and builds an emotional connection with the brand.
Visual system and navigation
For a portal with 30+ sections, the navigation system is critical. We designed a mega menu organized by type of work and a visual style that sets ASKO STROY apart from competitors with cookie-cutter websites.
