Project overview

A complete brand for a door store

RF Doors is a project that covers the full brand-building cycle: from the logo to the promo video. The online store, print collateral, merchandise and video content share a single style.

Online store

An interior door store with easy navigation by type, material, color and price range. Every product page includes photos of the door in an interior, technical specifications, hardware options and a price calculation based on the size of the doorway. Catalog parsing keeps the product range up to date.

Brand book and print collateral

A complete brand book sets the rules for using the logo, color palette and typography. Print collateral: business cards, brochures with a door catalog, and branded merchandise. Every print piece follows a single style, making the brand recognizable at every touchpoint.

Video content

Intro and promo videos are the two formats of video content. The intro is used on the website and in presentations: a short clip with an animated logo and the brand’s key advantages. The promo is a longer video showing the product range, the quality of materials and the interior door installation process.

Solutions

Key project solutions

An end-to-end approach to building a brand and an online store for interior doors. Every decision aims to strengthen positioning and increase sales.

Door catalog

A structured catalog with navigation by door type, material, color scheme and price range. Every product page includes photos of the door in various interiors, a full list of technical specifications, hardware options and a price calculator based on the size of the doorway.

Intro and promo videos

Two video formats for different purposes. The intro is a short animated clip with the logo for the website and presentations. The promo is a longer video showing the product range, the quality of materials, and the manufacturing and installation process. Video builds an emotional connection with the brand and shows the product in action.

Print materials

Business cards, brochures and branded merchandise. The brochures contain a catalog of selected doors with photos and descriptions. Merchandise — pens, notebooks, USB drives — serves as corporate gifts for partners and clients. Every piece follows the brand book’s single style.

Catalog parsing

Automated collection of door data from supplier catalogs: models, sizes, materials, finishes, hardware and prices. The parser processes information from several sources and brings it to a single product-page format. Regular product range updates keep the data current.

Logo and identity

The RF Doors logo was designed with the industry in mind: the letters RF are combined in a graphic element that resembles a doorway. The logo works in color and monochrome versions, on dark and light backgrounds. The usage rules are set out in the brand book, with examples of correct and incorrect use.

Design system

A single design system for all materials: website, print, video and outdoor advertising. The color palette, typography and graphic elements all follow one shared style. This approach makes the RF Doors brand instantly recognizable, whatever the channel through which it reaches the customer.

Methodology

Stages of building the brand and the RF Doors store

The full cycle: from the logo and brand book to video production and the launch of the interior door online store.

01

Branding and identity

Designing a logo with a graphic element that resembles a doorway. Creating a complete brand book: palette, typography, usage rules. Designing print collateral: business cards, brochures, merchandise. Every element was approved with the client at each stage to fully meet expectations.

02

Video production

Creating two formats of video content. Intro: a short clip with an animated logo for the website and presentations. Promo: a longer video showing the product range, textures, hardware and the installation process. Storyboarding, filming, editing and color grading — the full video production cycle.

03

Store and parsing

Developing an online store with navigation by door type, material and color. Integrating the supplier catalog parser. Setting up product pages with in-interior photos and price calculation. Testing on target devices. Launching the store and training the client’s team to work with the catalog and orders.

Honest answers about how we work, what it costs, and what you can expect

The package included logo design, a complete brand book with usage rules, print collateral (business cards, brochures), branded merchandise (pens, notebooks, USB drives), Intro and Promo videos, and a design system for the online store. All elements share a single style.
The Intro video is a short animated clip for a quick introduction to the brand: site loading, email newsletters, trade shows. The Promo video is a longer piece showing the product range, textures, hardware and the installation process. The two formats cover different scenarios: from first contact to an in-depth look at the products.
The parser automatically collected data from supplier catalogs: models, sizes, materials, finishes, hardware, prices and availability. The information was brought to a single product-page format in the online store. Regular updates kept the product range and prices current for shoppers.
From the first month, the online store processed orders automatically. The unified branding system increased the company’s recognition among dealers and end customers. The catalog updated automatically, cutting managers’ manual work to a minimum.
