AWDS
Who chooses a site on the AWDS platform
This section is for businesses that have outgrown builders and template sites: the catalog is large, orders come in around the clock, customers write in several languages, and the team cannot answer every question by hand. A site on our own platform is built for exactly that load. It opens with the speed of an application, keeps working under traffic spikes and comes with assistants and automation already connected, not bolted on later.
The result is a site that sells and answers while your team sleeps: a fast storefront or corporate site, an assistant that knows your products and documents, and processes that run without manual steps.
What is included and how to choose
The base of every project here is the E-Commerce Store service: a storefront with an app-like experience, secure payments and automation built in. For corporate sites and service businesses the same platform is scoped through the Website Configurator, where you pick pages, integrations and extras step by step.
What makes this section different is that assistants are built into the site rather than bolted on later. Which ones to connect depends on how your customers talk to you; each is described in the AI Chatbots & Assistants section:
- AI Shopping Assistant answers questions from your knowledge base, searches the catalog in real time and guides shoppers to checkout.
- MemoryBot AI remembers every conversation and the customer's preferences, so returning visitors do not start from zero.
- WhatsApp ServiceBot closes most support requests instantly in more than a hundred languages and hands complex cases to a person with the full context.
- WPChatBot AI is the option when part of your content still lives on a WordPress site: it answers only from your real pages.
If you are comparing with other options, the Online Stores sub-section and the parent Website section show what a store on a third-party platform includes.
How the work goes and what you receive
- Brief. We map your catalog, customer questions and the processes you want automated.
- Structure and design. You approve the page map and key screens; the assistant's knowledge base is assembled from your documents in parallel.
- Build and training. The site is built, the assistants are trained on your content and tested with real questions.
- Launch and handover. The site goes live on your domain with all access, analytics and a support window. A typical project takes 3 to 6 weeks.
Is a site on a custom platform worth it compared to a builder?
This is the question clients ask most, and the honest answer is: not always. A builder is the right call for a five-page site with a contact form. Our platform pays off when at least one of these is true:
- You have hundreds of products or pages and the site must stay fast as it grows.
- Customers ask the same questions daily and you want them answered automatically, in their language.
- Orders, bookings or documents currently pass through someone's hands and should not.
- You want the site, the data and the assistants to belong to you, without monthly platform rent or feature limits.
Watch out for the opposite mistake as well: adding an assistant to a slow, outdated site. The assistant will answer, but visitors will still leave before they ask.
Why AWDS
We built the platform because we needed sites that stay fast, are ready for search out of the box and work as one system with assistants and automation. You get a team that knows every part of the result, a fixed schedule, documentation at handover and the option to add any service from the catalog later without rebuilding. Both English and Russian-speaking customers are served by the same site and the same assistants.
Choose the store or the site builder above, or write to us with a short description of your task and we will suggest the scope.
