Letters to your site address: AI drafts the reply, you approve it in Telegram
Mail to a site's general address gets read in snatches: a request waits until evening, a customer question gets lost between newsletters, and one day an "invoice from accounts" with a stranger's reply-to address gets paid.
Here the site itself sorts every letter: what the person wants, whether the sender is verified, where the reply will go — and drafts an answer in the customer's language. You decide: press Send in the admin or in Telegram on your phone. Without that press, not a single letter goes out.

Businesses whose requests arrive by e-mail
Studios, service companies, shops and manufacturers — anyone who shows an e-mail address on the site and needs to answer fast, but without careless promises.
Owner
Sees the gist of every letter in one sentence and answers from the phone: open, edit, send — without sitting down at a computer.
Manager
Gets a ready draft in the customer's language built on the company facts — only checks it and adds what only they know.
Accounts
A "pay urgently" letter from an unverified address is flagged at once, and the reply can only go to the sender's address, never to a planted one.
Letter type and sender check — right in the list
Every letter to the site address shows up in the admin: a request for work, a question, a payment or a complaint, whether the sender is verified, whether it waits for a decision. Robot notices and letters "from" your own domain are left without a reply by the site itself — no AI is spent on them.

The gist in one sentence and where the reply will go
A sender is verified when the letter is signed by their domain and the site has checked that signature itself — it does not trust labels the letter picked up on the way. The reply goes to the sender's address; a reply-to address on another domain is not used.

A reply in the customer's language — from your company facts
The AI writes politely and to the point: it answers what was asked and adds clarifying questions. Terms and the way of working come from the company facts you filled in, while the price list is never passed to it — the price is named by a person.
- You edit the instruction — in the settings, no developer needed
- A draft is not a letter — you can rewrite it completely before sending

"Please pay the invoice today" from an unverified address
The letter came "from accounts" of a client, but without their domain's signature and with a reply-to address on an unrelated site. The card warns plainly: do not disclose order or payment details. And if you do reply, the answer goes to the real address, not to the planted one.

An amount the customer never named will not leave in a reply
The draft is checked on every save — whether the AI wrote it or a person edited it — and a draft that fails the check cannot be sent. A foreign link, an unknown phone or e-mail, an amount that was not in the customer's letter — and the reply stays until someone fixes it. Your own addresses, phones and the links to your company profiles pass.

The reply window right inside Telegram
The letter card arrives in your team group, and its button opens the reply window: the gist, the sender check, the draft and three buttons. The site checks the Telegram signature itself and lets in only the people you listed in the settings.
- Exactly what is on your screen goes out — and that text is checked again before sending
- The automation key cannot send a letter — only a person in the admin or in Telegram

Reminder, own links and the draft instruction — in the admin
Once a day (or as you set it) one summary of letters without a decision arrives — numbers and a link to the list, no addresses or subjects. Here too: which other sites count as yours and the instruction the AI follows for every draft.

Your own channel is no longer a "foreign link"
While we prepared this case, the check stopped a draft in which the AI invited the customer to the company's Telegram channel: it treated a link from the company facts as foreign. We fixed it so that exactly the links from the company profiles and facts count as yours — not the whole site they sit on.

From the address on your site to the first reply
1. Mail
We connect your site address: letters still sit in your mailbox, and the site gets each one to sort.
2. Facts and rules
We fill in the company facts, name who approves replies and, if you like, tune the draft instruction.
3. Telegram
We connect a team group with topics by letter type — and you answer wherever it suits you.
What we checked with our own hands
The shots come from our own site's admin. The letters of the case heroes are made up, but they travelled the same path as real mail: the signature check, the robot filter and the drafts are the site's own work, unedited.
- 8 letters in two languages: requests, questions, a fake invoice and a robot notice; the drafts were written by the site's AI
- The heroes' domains were signed with demo keys; a real letter went the same way, all the way to a sent reply, at launch
- The stop by the check was pressed for real in the letter card; the Telegram window was filmed from the site's page, and no reply was sent during filming
